These terms cover this website and the free teardown. The paid engagement is covered by a separate written agreement, and where the two differ, that agreement wins.

A description of what we do. Nothing on it is an offer that can be accepted into a contract by clicking, and no price is published on it — the price of an engagement is named in the teardown document and agreed in writing before any invoice exists.
The case described on the front page is one client's experience, published with numbers we were shown. It is not a forecast and it is not an industry average. We say so on the page itself, and we repeat it here: n = 1.
If you give us access to a repository or a system so that it can be read, we use that access for the teardown and for nothing else. We do not copy your code out of your systems beyond what reading it requires, we do not train anything on it, and we do not show it or name you to anyone without your written say-so. That holds whether or not you become a client, and it keeps holding after we have stopped talking.
The AI agents we work with run under our own accounts, on business terms that exclude training on submitted content. If your situation needs something stricter than that, tell us before you grant access and we will either meet it or say plainly that we cannot.
If it goes further, the month is contracted in writing, and that document — not this page — sets the price, the dates, the scope and the liability. What this site promises about its shape holds: a fixed price named before the first invoice, an exit date agreed before the first invoice, no retainer, and nothing that renews by itself.
We do not promise a commercial outcome. Engineering work can make a product measurably harder to break; it cannot make anyone buy it. Any statement on this site about what changed for a client describes what happened to that client, and is not a commitment about what will happen to you.
This site is provided as it is. We keep it accurate, and we do not guarantee that it is uninterrupted or error-free.
The text, the illustrations and the code of this website are ours. You may quote it and link to it, including in a review or a critique. You may not present it as your own. The structured data and /llms.txt are published deliberately for machine reading, and using them that way is exactly what they are for.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, and in relation to this website and the free teardown only, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data. The paid engagement carries its own liability terms in its own contract, negotiated there rather than imposed here.
Where we link to somebody else's site, we do not control it and we are not responsible for it.
These terms are governed by Portuguese law, and the courts of Lisbon have jurisdiction. If you deal with us as a consumer rather than in the course of a business, this does not remove the protections your own country's law gives you.
If these terms change, the date under the title changes with them. A change does not apply backwards to a teardown already delivered or an engagement already signed.
